Why you should call SERVPRO for a water damage

These photos are from a water damage that we were called to. The entire home was affected and we ended up having to take out all of the flooring and most of the walls. This was a rental property that was not being rented at the time so unfortunately, the homeowner did not know there was a problem until it was too late. 

We were able to get out the wet materials and dry the insides of the walls as well as the sub floor. By drying the structure properly, we were able to save the homeowner thousands of dollars in costly repairs as well as future problems at the home.
